Speaker at the Women’s Leadership Conference in San Diego

February 22, 2016 By wpadmin

The Iranian American Women Foundation announce the 10th annual Women’s Leadership Conference! Will be hosted February 28th, 2016 at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter.

Soheila Azizi will be speaking and inspiring the lives of many!
Topic: Career Paths…Opportunities and Challenges
Time:AFTERNOON SESSIONS 2:30-3:30
Room: D

But what is the Women’s Leadership Conference and why does it speak such important volumes? And what does Soheila Azizi, running for judge, have to say about all of this?

The Women’s Leadership Conference serves as a special and engaging way to bring together speakers and tell empowering stories and backgrounds. This year, Soheila Azizi is speaking on behalf of the Iranian American Women Foundation (IAWF), which is an Iranian-American national organization that includes members of many faiths including Muslims, Jews, Christians, and more. Each year, the foundation hosts their annual Women’s Leadership Conference across the United States.

This year Soheila Azizi will be speaking to all who attend her experience, and her challenges and obstacles in her career path.

Soheila Azizi, currently running her campaign for judgeship in San Bernardino, California, is a successful Trial lawyer with an unforgettable background. Azizi was born in Iran to an Iranian mother and remained in the country for 18 years! However, because of religious persecution under the Iranian government, she and her family had to leave – and so they fled to Europe and eventually the United States to start their lives anew. Azizi has a passion for justice that was achieved at an early age and has followed her well into adulthood. For 30 years now, she has dedicated her professional and personal life to serving for many organizations when they needed her support most – especially for socio-economic projects and humanitarian movements.

What makes Soheila Azizi so special and why she wants to speak to the women involved in the Women’s Leadership Conference of 2016 is because she understands gender equality, race unity, youth and women empowerment, social justice, interfaith relations, and many other social issues as a whole and wants to bring enlightenment to the people of California. This is why Azizi is running for judge, because she understands the needs of a community and how it feels to have rights.

At the Iranian American Women Foundation’s Leadership Conference in San Diego, there is a goal in mind to inspire Iranian American women to recognize their power to pursue their dreams at hand and become equipped with the drive to push forward on the path to success. Many of the speakers and information they hold wherein deal greatly with empowerment and teaching how to take a stand on some of the most important issues in your life that you hold dearest in your heart. Soheila Azizi and many other speakers are looking forward to participants at the conference this year and discovering the hidden potential they have, and the power they have in the California communities as women standing undivided!
