Why Vote Azizi For Judge 2016

January 26, 2016 By wpadmin

Why Vote Azizi for Judge 2016
“I stand for justice. A justice based on collaborative court models, restorative justice, and alternative dispute resolution. I’m committed to a proactive approach to problem solving and partnering with community resources to address societal challenges such as juvenile delinquency, domestic violence, mental health, homelessness, and substance abuse. I am intent on saving tax payer’s dollars while rebuilding lives, strengthening families, making our neighborhoods safer, and restoring the community’s trust in justice, fairness, and the process of the court.”

Becoming a judge is a matter of utmost importance, as many judges across the United States are largely involved in making the most important decisions for their citizens. The decisions made by the court will be ones the can affect all lives depending on circumstances. This is why it is especially necessary to gain a better understanding of whom you are voting for when you fill out your ballot. This coming election there is a refreshing face with an interesting backstory and she is guaranteed to give you everything you deserve as a citizen.

Soheila Azizi’s life starts in the middle of Iran where personal freedom was practically unheard of. She was born to an Iranian mother and a Russian migrant father. Remaining in the country for the first 18 years of her life, Soheila and her family then made the enormous and life-changing decision to flee to Europe. After they had stayed their time in Europe, they decided to make their way to the United States, which they saw as the land of freedom and opportunity. Soheila was never more excited to be a part of the country and have a fresh start after years of harsh religious prosecution under the Iranian government. Because of this, Soheila knows how important it is that everybody in the United States has rights and beliefs of their own. This true melting pot of a country is where Soheila has left her roots with her family and where she shall remain in hopes of becoming judge for the people.

Azizi in IE MagIn an interview, Soheila has said that she enjoys the freedom that she now finds in the United States after making the transition from a country that could not offer much. She has given back to the community in a way that gives the same type of blessings that she has received when she moved to this place she knows as home. You may wonder what role Soheila Azizi plays in the lives of many people, and this can be answered through her line of work. She is an attorney working in Rancho Cucamonga, California, who understands the needs of clients and works to help many retain rights and freedoms. Nobody knows it better when it comes to law and giving guidance where it is needed most.

She has managed the Law Offices of Soheila Azizi & Associates since 1993 up until present time, as well as working for the Law Offices of Abbas Hadjian & Associates, San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office, and the Riverside Public Defender’s office. Over these years she has worked in many various trades of law such as representation of defendants on non-felony charges, conducting preliminary hearings and research, civil litigation practice in personal injury and immigration, and civil litigation with emphasis on areas of Medical and Professional Malpractice, Business, Family Law, and Immigration Law.

After the closure of the college she was attending due to the Iranian revolution, Soheila went on to Hofstra University, the University of La Verne, Straus Institute, and many other training expeditions to receive the skillsets she needed for the line of work she conducts. Soheila has worked hard for years to push her way to the top, despite the many trials that have stood in her way.
When it comes to judicial training, Soheila has dedicated many years to such. She has served and is currently serving as temporary judge and settlement officer in San Bernardino County Family Law, DA Child Support, Small Claims, and Superior Courts. She has also received temporary judge judicial training and certification in bench conduct demeanor, works for IVJC as a mediator and arbitrator, co-founded the California Arbitration and Mediation Services, and so much more.

Due to her outstanding work ethic, she has received many awards and recognitions throughout the years as well. Since 2007, she has been the Nominee for Women of Distinction, State Assembly 63rd District. She has been the recipient for the Excellence in Peace Maker Award, Jane Addams Award, Excellence in Service Award, and the Peace Hero from the Upland Interfaith Council.

Azizi has leadership skills that have pushed her to always work her hardest and fight for what is right for many others around her. As judge, she has many objectives she stands for. For one, she promises that through her judgeship, she will be fulfilling something she sees as her lifelong personal dream in which she has worked so fruitfully. Being judge is an answer to her higher calling as well as a way to reach the apex of her professional goals.

She sees being judge as a way to render justice and equity amongst people by taking the most active part in the rank of highly esteemed bench officers serving on the Superior Courts of the State of California. California has been a home for so many years and now it is time to give back. It is time to bring justice and peace to the state and work on a level that deeply involves the people.

LaVerne AziziMaking a positive difference in the lives of the people in California has been her biggest goal since day one. Over the years, many people have helped Soheila Azizi become exactly who she wanted to be and work toward higher goals than she could have ever imagined. If it wasn’t for her parents and their desire to escape a country that offered very little, Soheila may not have had the start that she had or went on to do the wonderful things she has done. If it wasn’t for the colleges that offered their support and helpful courses, she may not have benefited from such and dedicated her life to law. Yes, many people have stepped in and made Soheila’s dreams possible. She wants to return the favor and make California’s dreams come to life as well.

But it doesn’t end there – no, Soheila has made an impact on the lives of many through her work and she will continue to do so. She has trained and received a broad scope of social, religious, and cultural experiences having served as a certified Temporary Judge, and knows people best. She has gained a better understanding of the needs of many and how to fulfill them to the best of her ability.

She has also earned diverse educational experience through adjunct teaching opportunities and involvement with youth and child development and educational programs.

If you want a judge with empathy and understanding, a judge with rich cultural heritage, and one who has seen human rights be questioned on a whole new level, then Soheila Azizi is at your service. Years and years of willpower and desire has brought her to this – now she leaves these words in the hands of the people, hoping that they will see for themselves that this is exactly what they need in a California Judge.
