As a community activist and humanitarian, Soheila Azizi’s hours away from work are dedicated to lofty aspirations of promoting peace, justice, unity, race and gender equality. Soheila Azizi has served her community in various capacities such as the Co-Founder & Board Member of Women On The Move Network, and as a Board Member of the Community Partnership for Youth Development, focusing on education and empowerment of the junior youth.
She has also served her community as the co-founder and past president of the Upland Interfaith Council, as a board member of the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Upland, and as a member serving on the Board of Visitors and the President’s Circle with the University of La Verne College of Law.
She volunteers her time as a certified temporary judge and as a fee arbitrator for the Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program appointed by The State Bar of California. She is also a Mediator for the local courts through IVJC (Inland Valley Justice Center), and for CAMS (California Arbitration & Mediation Service Inc., her newly established private mediation practice. She has received numerous awards for her exemplary work and community service.
Her sincerity of heart, clarity of purpose, commitment to excellence, and adherence to the highest codes of ethics, has gained her a high standing amongst the most dignified professionals in the local and distant communities.
